How can Group Policy be applied for specific users or a specific group instead of all the users in the domain?

EXPERT RESPONSE
In a nutshell, you create a container (such as an organizational unit) with Active Directory, place your user or computer accounts in it, and apply the policy to that container. You can use either the MMC or the Group Policy Management Console. This procedure is covered in depth in the Windows Server Resource Kit.
